Gave them a quick call to see if they could help me figure out why some of my jets weren’t working on my hot tub earlier today and got a few helpful tips from them over the phone. Bing bang boom my hot tub is up and running again no problem! I’ll definitely be giving them another call when something else eventually goes awry because, gosh darn it, they were helpful, quick, informative, and knew their stuff! I have had many excellent repairs from Spa Industry Management and know that Kevin the technician is the best in a hundred mile radius. I have heard so many compliments about his amazing ability to repair or fix spas that no other technician would even attempt.
